Whoops, I forgot to tell you what my goals were...

Experiment: Sugar Detox

Goal: To break my personal sugar addiction through detoxing my body from refined sugars.

I will withdraw from all refined sugars in foods/drinks and in turn, decrease my sugar cravings. My hope is that by eliminating my intake of refined sugars, I will retrain my body to use its natural energy and at the same time, lessen my daily craving for sweets. In the process of this detox, I also expect to shed a few extra pounds— approximately 10-12lbs.

Procedures:

1. Food shopping

3. Food Log [Documentation of daily food/drink intake + feelings/emotions]

4. Fears & Expectations [before detox]

5. Reflection & Results [after detox]

Start date: 7/ 21/ 08

Finish date: 8 / 10/ 08

Total Time Span: 3 Weeks [7/21-7/27, 7/28-8/3, 8/4-8/10]
