The time has come. I had my share of Ben&Jerry's Strawberry Banana Fro-yo today, which was Delicious BTW, & now I'm officially ready-to-go. I needed that one last treat before engaging in this drastic separation.
Food Schedule for tomorrow, Day 1, 7/21
Breakfast: 2/3 eggs Over Easy, 4oz. OJ, Blackberries & blueberries, 4oz. glass of low fat milk
Lunch: Turkey & Cheddar on whole wheat Pita bread, side of carrots and a banana
Snack: Cherries, almonds
Dinner: Steak, Brown Rice, Spring mix salad with carrots, celery, and cherry tomatoes sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar
