Before eating breakfast this morning, I weighed myself--I've lost a total of 4lbs. It's pretty cool because even though it's been hard, I'm seeing and feeling results fast. I'm happy that I've lost 4lbs already and I think seeing that has boosted my desire to continue this detox full-force.
Breakfast was wonderful, I was so happy to finally have enough time in the morning to make eggs again, instead of having wheatfuls. No offense to wheatfuls, i like them, but they are just not the kind of breakfast that leave you feeling satisfied. I also got to try my natural peanut butter--um, it was okay. I prefer Jiffy. This stuff has a weird after taste, my mouth felt numb and I had to have a sip of OJ after every bite. It might taste better on crackers, but I didn't like it very much on my weight watchers Pita bread.
