Breakfast: wheatfuls cereal, 80z glass of OJ
Lunch: water, 4 plums!!! : /
Dinner: Whole Wheat Gluten free pasta, Tuna & celery mix, w/ OJ
Snack: water
Today was rough because I didn't really take in many calories and for a long period of the day, as a result, I was hungry because I didnt prepare any food. Last night i was preoccupied making cupcakes for my students--no, I didn't have any--so I didn't think about what I was going to bring to work 4 today. I'm learning that Preparation is a MUST, or else you suffer the consequences like I did.
