Day 3: (Wednesday) Food Log

Breakfast: Wheatfuls with half a banana and 8oz. OJ

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 banana, Mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, and cashews)

Dinner: Brown Rice, Lemon Grilled Chicken, Water & Milk

Snack: Triscuits with Cheddar cheese slices
