Breakfast: 2 eggs OE, 8oz. glass milk, bowl of oatmeal w/ cinnamon & blueberries!! Yum
Lunch: Turkey, Salami, & cheese on WW Pita bread, Celery & Carrots, water
Snack: cherries & blackberries, water
Dinner: Steak, Brown rice w/ a veggie, side salad (tomato, spring mix leaves, carrots, oil & vin, etc), OJ &/or water

You're doing GREAT, Angela! Dag, I wish I had your meal plan! Lol. I'm with you. And I'm also noticing how much sugar I eat...blech!
Hey, I read online that dark chocolate has no added sugar, just natural sugar and is okay to eat on this detox. Hmmm what do you think?
