Breakfast: wheatfuls with banana
Lunch: Whole Wheat Spaghetti with tuna & olive oil, water
Snack: 4 peaches, water
Dinner: fruit salad (pineapple, melon, strawberries, grapes, & watermelon), water
Today I wasn't feeling satisfied with food...but I was so busy doing things for my new place that I forgot to eat, so at dinner time I just ate a fruit salad, which I dont really consider a meal. I dont like missing meals.
I'm completely detoxed from sugar already. My body is not the same as it was a week ago. I dont crave sugar, I dont want it like I used to, and I feel different. I dont feel as bloated as I used to after eating, I have saved alot of money since I dont buy juices/food on the street anymore, and Im much more aware of the junk that's in soooo many things I used to love to eat.
weight report: lost another 3lbs-- Its not really noticable, but I can feel the difference b/c my clothes are loose.
well ive gotta go make breakfast before work...til next time,
